If two materials are to be joined, it must fit. The personal characteristics and the general conditions. This is not different for metal processing than for us in real life. Needless to say, extensive experience is of great benefit as the quality of welding or plating processes often only becomes apparent after a sustained period of use.

BRÜCK provides both joint welding and build-up welding. We process flanges, rings or forgings and also carry out the subsequent operations. By plating special alloys, it is possible to achieve a wide variety of properties. This enables us to produce highly durable layers for extreme impact and shock resistance or provide additional protection against abrasive wear. We also provide protection against corrosion. In doing so, we also meet the strict hardness specifications of ANSI/NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.
Frequently plating is only associated with external surfaces, but we also do this on the inside for drillings or pipes. We offer plating as of 50 mm upwards and with a depth of 2,000 mm with access from both sides, even up to 4,000 mm. Even knee bends (quarter spheres) and bore connections are plated if suitable accesses are possible.
